You will enjoy nice panoramic views over the city and sea. If you are going to visit this fortress in summer, I would suggest you to go there in the morning or evening. Otherwise, it can get quite hot. We went there around noon and we felt that very well. The entrance fee was around 10 EUR (I do not remember exactly). The view is much more impressive then fortress itself. Nevertheless, it is very important historical object for Croats.
