The restaurant is dedicated to the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army), which engaged in guerrilla war against the Soviet Union from 1943-1954. The restaurant is a kind of partizan bunker filled with military ammunition and decoration. They regularly do a kind of show where they also involve visitors. This is one of the most popular restaurants in Ukraine. Furthermore, the restaurant itself pretends to be the most visited restaurant in Europe with 1 000 000 visitors per year (as they say on their website). I personally like this place.
