Stiniva is a small narrow bay and beach and probably is the most attractive bay on the island, located south of the local road connecting the hamlets of Podšpilje and Plisko Polje. The bay is about 600 meters long and wide at the entrance of about 100 meters on both sides surrounded by high rocks. At the bottom of the bay there are several uninhabited fishing houses, which together with the bay are protected as a natural reserve. The bay is also a popular place for divers because of its marine life.
