Chojnata Palace - a palace and park complex, which includes a historic palace building from 1873 and an English-style park with an area of 6.78 ha, covered with old trees. Currently, there is a hotel in it, conferences, exhibitions, artistic events and special events are organized. The first owners of the Chojnata Palace were Józef and Jadwiga Wierzbicki . Currently, the object belongs to Krzysztof Malarecki - entrepreneur and social activist. The palace was erected in 1873. After the end of World War II, the building was a primary school and housing for teachers. In 1980, the palace with the park was taken over by the University of Lodz with the intention of creating there a House of Creative Work and a training and recreation center. Due to the lack of financial resources for the renovation of the facility after four years it became the property of the Central School of Planning and Statistics . Then the building was taken over by the commune. In May 1989 the estate was sold to Krzysztof Malarecki. The new owner started renovation work in 2001, which ended in May 2004. The palace has 14 rooms, 4 suites, 4 fully equipped conference rooms, a restaurant, a grill terrace, a drink bar, a sauna, a mini fitness center and a billiard room. Each room has a luxurious bathroom and stylish furniture. The palace has its own full nutritional facilities. In the palace cellars there are kitchens, warehouses and other utility rooms. The palace’s restaurant offers primarily specialties of Polish cuisine.
