The museum presents the culture and construction of the Radom region. Its area is 32 hectares, it has over 60 objects of folk architecture, mostly of wood. A separate part of the exhibition is a bee-and-beekeeping open-air museum.

The Radom Village Museum also has collections of autarkic farming technology, including the only collection of SAM tractors produced in rural homesteads in Poland (developed since 2008), along with an archive of materials related to this specific phenomenon in Polish agriculture.
