This site is a part of Stetsivka Ethnographic Museum. It has the appearance of a small settlement of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, typical of the Middle Dnieper region. As of today the complex contains: priest's house, tavern, the church of St. Nicholas, which is a monument of national importance. The church was brought from the village of Senkivka of Zolotonsky district in Cherkasy region and dates back to the middle of the XVIII century.

There is a plan to have 14 restored wooden windmills on the site of the "Museum of the Mill". At the beginning of the twentieth century, there were 25 windmills of different designs in the village of Stetsivka. Today there are only three windmills in place of the future open-air museum.
