The church was built in 1912 - 1931 according to the project of the architect Stefan Šileris. The initiator of the construction of the church was the pastor of the parish Boleslaw Valejka. In 1921 a parish was established. In 1966 -1970 the church was repaired and painted. The church is in neo-Gothic style, rectangular in plan, single-towered, with a three-walled apse. Inside it has 3 naves covered with star vaults, separated by pillars. The cemetery is not fenced. In 1991 a 4.5 m high sculpture of the Blessed Christ (sculptor K. Patamsis) was erected on the facade of the church.
