The Snail House is a unique building in the Simeonovo district , Sofia. Located on the Boulevard "Simeonovsko road".
It is the work of engineer Simeon Simeonov. It was built in 2008.
It is a colored snail and its rounded shapes are sculpted from polymer concrete. Its energy efficiency is 8 times higher than that of a renovated building. The winged ladybug on the roof serves as a chimney cover. Its antennas are used not only for lightning conductors, but also for lamps at night.
